By purchasing from Sia Therapy, you agreed to all our policies as detailed below.

Shipping Methods and Cost

All orders shipped within Hong Kong and Macau are shipped via SF Express unless otherwise specified. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. To receive free shipping, your order must be $400 or more of eligible items. Free shipping will automatically apply to your cart when the order minimum requirement has been met.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your products within 3 business days from the time we receive your order. During busy periods and holiday periods, there may be a short delay. Where an order contains pre-order or backorder items, we will wait until all items are available so that we can ship everything together.

Shipping Liability

We use SF Express for all our shipping. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged by SF Express during delivery. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We highly recommend that someone be home to accept the package or that it is shipped to a work place or office address when possible.

We cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control, i.e. in the case of adverse weather condition or mechanical failure.

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information or not having someone present to receive packages. If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, and you wish to send the same items again, you may need to bare the shipping cost.


We do not offer refund for order changes or cancellations. Where a request is made to make a change to an order, and the order ships, we will not be liable for costs arising to make changes. We will not exchange or reship at our expense.

Return, Exchange and Refund

All items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This is so we can ensure all our products are brand new and sanitary. Should you experience any issues with your order, please contact us by Whatsapp or Signal at +852 9152 5185 between 11am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order of any issues with the products.


You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, products, or services obtained from the website and social media. All images appearing on the website, Facebook and Instagram are the exclusive property of their creators, and are subject to common law and/or statutory copyright and trademark protection. The images may not be modified, copied, distributed, displayed, transmitted, reproduced, published, licensed, used for the creation of derivative works, or sold without the express written consent of the copyright and/or trademark owner.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website, Facebook and Instagram page. You are solely responsible for reviewing these terms, conditions and notice prior to accessing the website and social media.

Sia Therapy reserves the final right to suspend, modify, or terminate any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Sia Therapy shall be final.
